If I could give a -5 Stars I would. The service, responsiveness and treatment I received was beyond horrific and I am usually a very understanding and forgiving person. DO NOT use this bank for business. The rates are terrible. The Branch Manager does little and customer service from him is non-existant. The Bank allowed a clearly fake check to be cashed for a very large sum and did not replace the funds for over a month! How can anyone function like this? I was ignored, given wrong information.
