This bank stole both money and over 20 hours of my time. They locked me from my account, withdrew access from my funds, and didn’t pay a promised bonus. Save your time and your money, it’s too late for me.
Do yourself a favor and do not bank here. I had one of the most incredible bait and switch situations of my entire life here, where the moment I opened an account and transferred funds, the banker ghosted me entirely. No responses to emails, calls, texts — and then a 180 degree personality change, becoming rude to the point I had to request to work with a different banker. The people in this bank really know how to make a client happy. I opened a business and a personal account recently, and they took their time to guide me through the tedious process; they were patient, they were kind, they were knowledgeable. I'd like to say thank you specifically to Aruni, Stephen, Robert, and Preston. I highly recommend anyone to visit them to take care of your banking needs.
One of the worst banking experiences of my life. If you just need a place to park your money, fine but once you need any assistance its another story. They will tell you one thing and then do the opposite. Glad I am moving my banking elsewhere.
