Haven’t had any issues with BMO so far No Extra Fees No Over Drafts , can keep my bank account at 0 & won’t be charged to keep money in it , amazing
I have a great new bank today and was introduced to all the staff. Glad I walked in. Met Robert, Preston and Stephen. Its nice to see professional bankers, where you can sit down and discuss your needs. The one person that was most caring, to make sure I was totally happy with by banking accounts was Robert Mislang. I asked his name, he said he was the Branch Manager. Well happy to say I will tell my neighbors to go there and see Robert and staff.
Horrible Bank, I miss Bank Of The West - After 20+ years my card keeps getting declined because "I need to answer security questions". I will be going to the main office today to pull my funds and cancel my account. DO NOT BANK WITH BMO!!
I have banked at Bank of the West for 23 years, and I really liked them until recently. I used to feel like they cared, always friendly service, good support, etc. But now, since becoming BMO, their customer service sucks and they really don't seem to care much. Plus my account has been hacked a couple of times and their fraud department was very difficult to reach on a weekend. ;-(
