If you like keeping your money dont ever use BMO. In October of 2024 I had my ID stolen which was then used to drain my savings and checking accounts. The person with my ID pretended to be me and used my ID to cash out two bad checks in two different branches in two different states. They didnt try to verify the person was me other than with the stolen ID even though a note was put on my account WARNING that I had my ID stolen (It was added to my account the day it got taken). Always a pleasant experience
Worst bank ive ever used. Their atm is always down and they leave voicemails that tell you to call them back without any reason why then they just try to push new account features on you.
This bank is trash. Do not give them your money.
