Figured i would give a new review since the bank is now BMO... surprise surprise... its worse. As my last review i still dont go inside as i work after hours so i use the machines to deposit money. If you work late hours i highly suggest using any other bank in sparks or reno. Unless you like wasting 30min+ depositing 1 bill at a time into a machine that thinks every single bill is fake. I woll routinely put in maybe a hundred, some 50s, 20s, and 10s. And it will accept everytbingbut the 50s. Try again with only 50s and all ... read more
Openly criminal organization more so than most banks operating completely contrary to the state's laws
When it was Bank of the West, Super fast and Friendly. Now it's some other outfit. slow and impersonal. Waited in line 20 mins
Came out for the rib fest and my son's birthday. Needed to get cash , Yesenia is the clerk I got I swipe my car put my pen She asked how could she help me? I said I needed to pull cash out gave her the amount which was 200 . She said Can I see your ID i said sure why, Her response was because I've never seen you before.
