They now DEFINITELY have Bankers Hours, sad, they used have hours that better matched REAL PEOPLE'S HOURS.
If you use mobile deposit often or need to deposit checks do not do it over the app if you need money immediately. They will pick and choose with their AI tool what checks can be pushed through immediately and what ones don’t. As someone who is struggling right now to have them say sorry there’s nothing we can do when they cashed a check two weeks prior with the same amount with the “funds now” option, from the same company and everything is wild. They bought out bank of the west and it is now the worst bank and credit card company I’ve ever dealt with. The bank is worthless with anything related to their credit card. I got a 820+ credit score, never late payment. The credit card side will cancel your card, steal your card points and won’t even provide a reason.
Went terribly downhill after BMO took over. This bank is highly unorganized which is exactly the opposite of what I want in a business that takes care of my money. I will be finding a new bank. This place currently has no manager and is a mess.
Wow this Bank take over was and still is horrible. There entire system is janky also the machine on mearle hay need major service for over a year my fiancee and I have had to sit there and insert our bill over and over one at at time
