Terrible service and communication during two separate attempts to deposit a standard insurance check for a vehicle repair into my business account. On my first visit, I was told to take the check to Chase since it was a Chase check, which makes no logical sense. On my second visit, I followed all standard procedures, including getting the check endorsed by both parties.
