DO NOT USE BMO BANK. Incredibly inept service at all levels of this company. Highly recommend using a credit union or literally any other bank other than the usual big ones. Not to mention terrible coverage throughout SoCal, extreme lack of branches and ATMs.
Worst bank in history
It’s most ridiculous bank I’ve ever met. They can not find nothing at all. Absolutely unprofessional. Even horrible American banks looks like a high league compared with this. I would gave em 0 if I could. Never never never ever again.
Disappointed brand new account and I was told to go to the branch and I can get a card if I needed one I go to the branch and they tell me I can’t get one so I accept that and wait for it in the mail. Now weeks later my account is compromised barely had the current less than a month on. Somebody’s already stole my money from my account. Not a good way to start off and now of course they shut my card off and now I need to go get a new card and I’m worried that I’m gonna travel. Everyone in BMO Bank is very nice. Customer service is excellent and there supervisor is a very nice gentleman Eddie. It is a very good bank. I rated it at five.
