Worst customer service ever. I called in and spoke with Sasha to ask if the card printer is working. Because they always claim that it’s not. It was a simple yes or no question. She puts me on hold for 5 mins. Comes back and asks for my account number ? I’m sort of confused on why she’s asking for my account number on a “yes or no question” I ask her why. The staff here is not friendly. The Female personal banker wearing glasses was very dismissive and unhelpful. She had had an attitude when I asked her for help.

I don't understand why a 24-hour ATM machine be installed inside the main door that is open during weekdays. I hope to reinstall the main door so that the ATM machine can be open 24 hours per day.
Juliette and Nicole have to be the most incompetent, rude, and sad people ever. Literally fumbled around on their computer for minutes before deciding they couldn’t help. They should wear helmets.
