This branch sucks
Worst customer service ever. I called in and spoke with Sasha to ask if the card printer is working. Because they always claim that it’s not. It was a simple yes or no question. She puts me on hold for 5 mins. Comes back and asks for my account number ? I’m sort of confused on why she’s asking for my account number on a “yes or no question” I ask her why. The staff here is not friendly. The Female personal banker wearing glasses was very dismissive and unhelpful. She had had an attitude when I asked her for help.
Went in to speak to Marie and she was so clueless even though it was explained to her multiple times. She’s rude and arrogant. Closed this bank
