Dian Prince is a amazing person and very helpful.
I wish there were a way to target Bank of the West customer service specifically, but there isn't. Long story short, I've been a loyal BOTW customer for SEVEN years. For the past 3-4 months, I have been finding weird service charges and each time i call to ask about them, I get the same response "I'm sorry for the inconvenience, unfortunately there's nothing we can do" I'm sorry, but kindly shut up.
