I have two business credit cards, a business checking account and business line of credit and was without any warning I locked out of all my accounts today over a check they flagged as being high risk. I got the customer that wrote me the check to provide Bmo Proof of funds from their bank and they still won’t unlock my account. I have perfect banking history and never had my account go negative from bad checks and plenty of available funds to cover the deposited checks. Went through the drive through today and the gentleman that helped me had a great attitude and was helpful and got me through right away. At some of the other bmo branches I have not had the same experience.
No way of talking to a human via phone…spent 20 minutes trying to talk to anyone at branch to suggest THEY FLY THEIR FLAG AT HALF MAST TODAY AS THE 2 IOWA NATIONAL GUARDSMEN KILLED WERE ARRIVING IN DC…Gov Reynolds ordered until they were buried. How DESTRSPECTFUL for the branch on Asworth road WDM… shameful.
