To nissan300z90 , I had the same problem with this bank on Hubbell and I am still going rounds with them.
I DO NOT recommend this bank at all. They lost my payment for 45 days. During that time they reported me to the 3 credit agencies for deliquent payments 2 times. It took 4 monthes and contacting the BBB to finally resolve.
