I would NEVER recommend anyone to bank here, especially at this branch. Froze my funds for 30 days for both my personal and business accounts! Treated like I was a criminal! Absolute WORST experience I've ever had and the branch manager showed completely ineptitude in his ability to handle the situation. Right when the wheels on my business start turning this bank tried bringing it to a halt. Small business STAY AWAY.

Do NOT use this branch if you want stupid long wait times for customer service for something that can take 5 minutes to fix. Do NOT use this branch if you want your mobile banking app to constantly lock you out for no reason. Do NOT use this branch if you want constant card issues. DO NOT USE BMO. It's the WORST bank I been to. Ever since it went from Bank of the west to BMO its gone downhill from there.

Terrible bank to get a loan with. Been trying to make a extra payment principal only and they continue to cancel my automatic payment and they take out interest on principal only payment
