Promotions are lies. Spouse signed up in November while a promotion for $400 was being offered. Verified in person at local branch the terms of said promotion and that it was in fact happening still on the date the account was opened. Was told to keep positive balance for 90 days and they would then apply credit. That would have been in March but no money ever came in and it is now mid May and we have been trying to get a resolution for weeks. Let me start by saying I never have left a bad review.. I had a fraudulent charge on my account at the beginning of November and called them right away. They "reassured" me that I would have the money back in my account in 10 businesses days as they put a claim in to dispute this charge. It has now been 90 days, 17 phone calls later, and way too much time spent on this.
