First time interacting in the Seattle branch. I don’t know one existed. I worked with Marcus Ngo on an urgent matter, which I initially thought could only be handled on the phone. He was extremely helpful and made sure I was able to conduct business before noon on Friday. Highly recommend BMO and Marcus for all of your banking needs. Now only if they would hurry and expand to Bellevue!
Wonderful experience, absolutely flawless! Sam and Marcus have helped me tremendously with everything I needed and guided me along the way. All of my questions have been answered. All the staff is very kind and helpful, going above and beyond my expectations each time I interact with them. Highly recommend.
Branch called me 30 mins prior to appointment asking me to change days and then wasn't seen by a banker until 50 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Wouldn't recommend banking with BMO, especially this branch.
Marcus and Sam did a good job for helping me today, appreciate the time and knowledge today.
