Wonderful people here! They went out of their way to help my son get his flat tire changed. We aren’t even customers at this bank. They were extremely helpful and took time out of their day.
The reason I chose this bank was because it was a smaller locale bank, and in return I’d hope to receive great customer support. Also wanted a local bank to just support the Lewisville community more or less. Plus it being convenient. The staff here is super friendly, and have helped me countless times when needed. I do not think I have ever received the support like this from any giant bank Corp where you’re just a number to them. If they know you by your name, chances are they will go the extra mile for you.
