Shoutout to Ricardo Martinez at BMO St. Helena! I recently ran into an issue with changing my phone number on my BMO account. Even though I had updated my number with BMO a year ago, my online banking was still showing my old number, which created an issue when I was trying to receive a verification code. The website used to be good and fast. Now after the redesign of their platform every time I try to sign in, the website just hangs and I can never get into my account. Whoever managed the redesign of their website needs to be fired. Also, it takes a long time to get someone to talk to on the phone. Surprise surprise. lol!
Don't have bathrooms to use. We all know how long we have to drive to get there, but the people are very nice.
