The website used to be good and fast. Now after the redesign of their platform every time I try to sign in, the website just hangs and I can never get into my account. Whoever managed the redesign of their website needs to be fired. Also, it takes a long time to get someone to talk to on the phone. Surprise surprise. lol!
Don't have bathrooms to use. We all know how long we have to drive to get there, but the people are very nice.
