If I could give zero stars I would. BMO once bank of the west is the worst god forsaken bank I have EVER worked with. Customer service is horrible, your card gets shut off randomly with no reason as to why. Don’t EVER get a credit card with them the customer service they have is absolutely deplorable. Save your money and your sanity and bank with someone else for the love of god.
Phone service is horrible. i was on the phone for over 50 minutes before i was connected to a rep to get 30 seconds of help.
if I could give them zero stars I would. every single time I try to send or receive a zelle payment my account goes on lockdown. can't even make internal transfers. I call to verify my identity every time and the issue is never resolved. I'm actually on hold with them right now as I type this because it happened again. I can't fathom why they do it every time when they payments I make are regular! unbelievable. do NOT use this bank if you want to be able to make external transfers. when i went to the local branch to fix thin... read more
