Friendly fast efficient love this bank
Horrible bank! Omg. We left a Yelp review for the BMO branch in Santa Rosa Ca at 4th and Farmers regarding the horrible situation we are dealing with regarding unauthorized electronic transfers. The bank told us to get a court order for our own account information!!! The manager at the branch - Emmi Michel then called my 81 year old mother on her cellphone and told her never to come back to the branch due to the Yelp review I left based on their negligence!! Unreal.
Despite many hours spent with many different departments I couldn’t get anyone at BMO to help me with a rather tough issue. Emanuelle took personal ownership and got it pushed through corporate as diligently as she could which ultimately led to its resolution. Thanks.
