Avoid this bank at all costs! I waited for their only banker for over an hr, bank teller tells me he’s on his way, never showed up! I am sure a bank has to have a banker at all times! Btw I did call the 1800 number on this guys long breaks

This bank is not good. The app is confusing to use, and I have only bad interactions. My mom was sent checks by BMO for my grandmother’s trust. I received a check, for Christmas, with no serial number. When I visited this location, I waited for 40 minutes while the workers tried to figure out how to deposit the check. Ultimately, they said they would not take the check because of its missing serial number, and sent me home without any further information. BMO sends you checks that their tellers cannot deposit.
