The gentleman at the office was so helpful. Yeah they didn't tell me how hard their app was to work with. It takes seven steps to get something done very frustrating. And they close at 11:00 p.m. PST and I was told it was 24 hours technical support. I had to make the move I chose them cuz they said they had more branches yet the reality is is their technical support has seven steps just to do one auto pay. VERY frustrating

My wife and I love that this bank gives back 1% to ocean conservation. Everyone is very helpful and friendly when we go in. App is ready to use and allows for mobile deposits. Highly recommend.
I guess BOW has decided to just stopping have branches or decent hours? I'm taking my money elsewhere
