The staff at the bank are very nice people don’t get me wrong. Been doing business with them for years. HOWEVER, Customer Service at BMO is horrible. I had to call six times today because I did not get a Amazon refund posted to my account even though it said it was. It clearly wasn’t. I had to escalate to supervisors and they still wouldn’t help me. Needless to say I am going to change banks. They do not help you. They blame anything and happens to your account on yourself and when you do get it fixed, they mess it up even more. They’re not what they say they are. They keep pushing it on. Oh you gotta call customer service yet you gotta go to the bank to get anything done. My counts have been hacked three times since I’ve been with them there are terrible Bank.
The gentleman at the office was so helpful. Yeah they didn't tell me how hard their app was to work with. It takes seven steps to get something done very frustrating. And they close at 11:00 p.m. PST and I was told it was 24 hours technical support. I had to make the move I chose them cuz they said they had more branches yet the reality is is their technical support has seven steps just to do one auto pay. VERY frustrating
