This place cannot keep up with basic transactions. Nobody there except for one other customer who's being helped by one teller. After over 10 minutes of waiting, I had to give up because the teller doesn't know how to cash a check! Meanwhile, the bank manager doesn't care about anyone waiting so he just sits there and does nothing but chat with another employee who's doing nothing! Visited the bank to open an account. I was very pleased with the service by paul (inderpal) and had a very smooth banking experience.

Do NOT recommend banking with BMO. They are deceptive and misleading. I opened a Relationship Checking account, and kept being charged $25 fees every month. Their own website clearly states, "To waive the monthly maintenance fee, you must maintain a minimum daily Ledger Balance of $10,000 or more in the account for the previous calendar month or you must meet the $25,000 Monthly Combined Balance for the previous calendar month." I have been HUNG ON on three times by people at this branch. The first time, lets say was a mistake. But the second time and the third time was not a mistake. I asked to speak to the manager and the person I was told was the manager hung up on me. I called back a third time and said "your manager just hung up on me!" the representative said "I think you have the wrong number" and hung up on me again!
