Horrible customer service. Wasn't with them a month and some how started going negative all the time. Haven't been negative in an account in years. According to them mobile banking isn't accurate. Never had a problem with my previous bank which I will be going back to tomorrow. Bank of the West is as bad if not worse than bank of America. Would give negative stars if possible.

Extremely hard to work with in getting a loan. Had to wait three days just to hear the computers were down. I regret using them for the last ten years.
