The staff there are the best. Great service, always happy to go in. One of the best banks in town, what they don't know on hand they will figure out. Always there to help and always a kind welcome. Definitely 6 stars
Proceed with caution. After they got bought by a Canadian company (formally Bank of the West) this bank has been probably the worst bank I've ever been with. You're money is not safe with BMO. Do not use BMO.
This bank is addicted to wasting your time. Every single transaction takes at least 10 minutes. Some days it takes 20+ minutes for a simple deposit. If you must go, use the drive through so you can at least wait in the comfort of your vehicle.
Absolutely terrible customer service. Waited 18 min just to deposit a check through the drive through. Inconsistent policies on whether you need your ID for a deposit.
I love all the ladies at the bank! They get me in and out quickly and they are the best to talk to!
