Tried to open a safety deposit box. Had to wait a few days to get an appointment with one of the 2 people trained to do this. Arrived for my appointment and the person helping me had never done this before. After 45 minutes, 2 others helping and head office assistance no luck. Not happy.

I don't think the tellers could be any slower processing simple transactions! I have been here for 20 minutes with nobody in front of me to do a simple cash withdrawal 🤦♀️ Unfortunately, this has been a repeat issue with this bank for months now. I dread coming here because I know I will be here for at LEAST 20 minutes, even on their slow times. What ever happened to quick and sufficient service?
Worst bank I've ever delt with. After depositing my 2nd paycheck, they decided they needed to hold it for 7 days for "fraud". I work for a multi million dollar local company.. the only fraud is this bank. When they finally decide to release my hard earned paycheck, I am closing this account and going back to chime. At least there customer service actually works for the customer!
