Horrible!
Wasn't greeted or even acknowledged. Another customer came in after me that the man sitting behind the desk perked up and greeted them; he looked straight at me afterward and said nothing. I had been waiting next in line for about 10 minutes. I won't be back.
Unbelievable bad experience. Their website is down too often. The canned answer to online queries: "above average numbers of calls, blabla. So an answer online takes 1-2 weeks, if you get one." Six months later I am still waiting for a debit card. The last one has a spelling error on my name and when you renew the data entry is done MANUALLY. Really? In 2022? The customer service rep on the phone does not have any answers and wants to send me to the branch. Who has time for that?
I went into the branch to do an international wire transfer. I provided the same information I had to the BotW branch in SF to do my previous, but this time, they didn't seem to understand what to do and didn't bother calling the branch where I did the first transfer. The manager, who had been standing close by hearing everything finally said they'd do it but wouldn't be held liable if the money didn't get there. I walked out.
