It was nice to just walk in and be able to go right to a teller. It is nice to see them trying to keep the wait line down to a minimum

I recently visited the BMO Bank in Dublin, enticed by their modern-sounding commercials, only to be met with a reality that starkly contrasted their advertised image. The bank's interior felt outdated, complete with uncomfortable and unattractive chairs, which immediately dampened my initial excitement. Went to BMO to ask about my debit card and to deposit funds. They were incredibly dismissive and rude. I closed my account immediately. Went to Citi and was treated very well.
All I can say is Amazing 🤩 . I’ve had them for 25 years I’ll never change do all staff & Mainly Karen goes over and beyond.
