I came in today as a regular customer, hoping to get a feel for how this bank operates since it’s so close to my home. I was genuinely considering switching from my current bank in the next town over. But what I witnessed today truly saddened me. Seeing the way Aileen treated a customer an elderly woman who already had an open account left me feeling heartbroken. Every other time I go to the ATM it’s out of service. It’s extremely frustrating & inconvenient.
Really nice branch, lots of services available. Branch manager Matt does an Awesome job and really cares about the clients. I moved away but still kept my deposit due to the high attention service I get at this branch.
