I came in today as a regular customer, hoping to get a feel for how this bank operates since it’s so close to my home. I was genuinely considering switching from my current bank in the next town over. But what I witnessed today truly saddened me. Seeing the way Aileen treated a customer an elderly woman who already had an open account left me feeling heartbroken.
