Our truck broke down and we needed cash for repairs. Leticia was exceptionally nice and helpful. We are from out of State and Leticia put our worries to rest with her kindness and willingness to take care of our transaction. The staff at BMO will help you without any hassles.
Be,ready to wait A LONG time, whether you go inside or through the drive-thru. Only one line open, inside and outside!! Most of the time their ATM machine is out of service. Any transaction takes 24 hours to post!!
After unsuccessfully trying to resolve a problem by phone with BMO, we were directed to the branch bank in Anthony, NM. What a pleasure to be treated with respect by a friendly staff. Ms. Castaneda took time on what appeared to be a very busy to address our problem. She promised to be available if we needed to follow up on any issues. A happy ending to what began as a frustrating experience with numerous phone calls with Bank of the West and BMO. I highly recommend the Anthony NM branch of BMO.
Ever since they moved to BMO, it's been a hassel with their online banking!!! Asks me to change my password everytime and it wont let me in if I log out!! I try entering my SS number and it tells me it's incorrect!!! UUGHHH, please get back Bank of the West!!
There are 8 plus people in line with one teller doing everything and two tellers at the end doing who knows what and just letting the line get longer and longer. Don’t think that the car line is any better, they take twice as long. Bring your patience.
