Bank opens at 9, but there are no tellers here until 9:30. They give you the third degree to withdraw your own money and don't have 100 bills. What kind of bank doesn't have 100 bills? They make Wells Fargo look good.

Worst Bank ever!!! Specially some lady Patty or Patricia not sure if she's the manager but she was soo rude. She didnt even want to help me with a Question I had, straight out Told me, you have to Open an Account with us or we can't help you. pretty much kicked me out and with her attitude yeah right I'll be opening an account there.
Terrible branch. Went to get my card printed, guy said he couldn’t do it, shrugged off most of my questions, same day went to Beverly Hills branch and they did it no problem. I don’t write reviews but this was just too stupid to ignore.
What a dumpster fire this bank is! Right off the bat the manager stated "Looks like everyone is in a bad mode." Then without even asking what we were there for he said "I'm understaffed and cannot help." Then he spent way to long manslaining things we already new. We came prepared with all the paper work he told us we needed months ago but he "couldn't even look at it until January 7th".
