I have been a BMO account holder for many years. Dating back before it was bought out by BMO I have stayed with this bank thru all the buy outs and changes , I applied for a loan , it’s been 2 weeks , I received the notification that the credit was checked in just a few days , credit is in very good standing But to date I still don’t have an answer , I ve left several messages , I called the bank directly , the teller took my info to relay that I would like a call back to no avail. There is not enough room on here to elaborate my experience and frustration yesterday with the Retail Relationship Banker. I walked into the bank with the letters mailed to me from BMO indicating my CDs have matured along with the matured dates. I simply wanted to withdraw and move it to another bank thar offered higher CD rates. This Relationship Banker said only one of the CD has matured, I would have to wait until Monday. According to sources, they close at 5 p.m., but if you arrive at 4:30, it's already closed. Too bad.
Horrible makes you work double... Even though you banked with them for years... Thank you but no I am already to starting moving my accounts and funny thing we.been with you for years but that holds no value. Now that I am closing account they want to charge me 50.00 who talk about split ling on someone. Really This is total BS...
