This place place sucks Manager assistant lady didn’t want to cash a check wanted two Proof after ID I guide her my business card from Chase and driver ID card and she didn’t wanted my Chase card because it had my name a my business name on it…. Shame Thank you Don’t want my money in this brunch any way…

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Mercedes at BMO Bank, and she was absolutely fantastic. She was not only incredibly helpful but also kind and patient. Mercedes took the time to walk me through everything the bank had to offer, ensuring I fully understood my options. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend her to anyone visiting this branch.
Very terrible service. First time I came to this location I was made to pay a online item I was buying on eBay but my purchase was canceled and not charged yet the bank was charging me for that. My second visit here I walked in to withdraw 40 dollars but despite 15 dollars so my bank account wouldn't get closed and the bank cashier gives my a bad look even makes a sound with is mouth
Terrible service. I had an appointment with a banker, twice now, on two different Saturday mornings and they either don't come in or are late. They offer no apologies or explanations. I will take my business elsewhere.
