This review is for the physical branch ar Kennewick, Wa, not the online services. After my previous bank. Bank of the West was bought out, I eventually got locked out of my account. The ONLINE services and phone center has been genuinely abysmal and horrible. However, Phoenix at the Kenmewick branch has offered stellar service. Despite everything we still couldn't get me logged into my online account, amd i had to cancel my account, but I appreciate everything he did. Since they merged with BMO bank my experience has been awful. Half the time my online banking doesn't work or my debit card doesn't. Tells me I have insufficient funds and I have to transfer to a different card.
Helped me in a very kind manner! I highly recommend this branch! Thank you!
Terrible slow service! Money order took 30 min at drive through. Person in a car behind was probably mad too! Next time, taking cash from business account took 25 min . What would they do if there was a line of customers?!
Dedicated staff worked with me to solve a complicated issue.Crystal is an asset to the bank.
