Costumer service is terrible. The teller acts like he’s doing you a favor by taking your deposit.
Love this bank! I just wish they were open Saturday’s. But, when you walk in they know you by name and make you feel welcome! Keep it up BMO Brian and team!
I had my mortgage with Bank of West for 13 years before BMO took over the customer service now is a joke and the fees are outrageous.
Very friendly and helpful, I went in to make a payment, which ran smoothly. I also needed to have something notarized, I came back when the notary was available, and they were expecting me. When I came back the notary was with a customer. When all was said and done, about 40 minutes has passed, no sign of customer leaving in the near future. So I walked out. I will never use that branch again.
