I went to this bank to get money out and I go to the ATM and I put my card in and it doesn't give it back and so I go inside and ask why the ATM took my card and the lady behind the counter says that it is not working and that they need to put a sign out but they have not done it yet and then I am told that I can never get my card back and that I have to get a new card and that i need to shut down my old card and so I leave and later come back with different card hoping for better results since I am not going to ATM but I go... read more
I honestly don't know why there are so many complaints about this Branch. I have never had anyone be rude to me, in fact, any interaction I've had with people has been pleasant. It is a small bank and usually it's not too busy. I've never had to wait longer here than I have at any other bank. For what it's worth, my favorite bank was the Wells Fargo that used to be on Silverbell and Speedway. Those people were incredibly wonderful to work with. This branch consistently has some of the worst and rudest teller service. Been going for over a year to deposit rent into landlords account and I am always treated with disdain, impatience, and new rules/restrictions on depositing. I can only assume management treats their employees very poorly because they don’t care to treat customers with respect and turnover is insane. Would go somewhere else if I could but I can’t!
