..This is not my bank it is my Mom's bank- she is 81 years old and with her having short term memory loss, she likes to go inside the branch a- lot she likes to check her balances and when she withdraws cash she can only(and will only do that with the tellers assistance)I. The branch manager Mary, and Diane are so kind and compassionate with her, she is always greeted with a very friendly hello and on a first name basis.
