Bank without a banker present, make it make sense. Manager and staff can't answer mortgage questions. What's the point of this. Highly recommend anyone choose a different bank for their needs, but only if you're looking for good customer service. If you're looking for a bank to not meet your needs, then this place is certainly worth an inquiry
