One of the absolute worst banks. I opened an account a few months ago as I needed a new bank since I moved into an area my current bank didn’t service. Their customer service is horrific. I had a fraudulent charge I reported a week ago and they still haven’t addressed it. On top of that, no one calls me back and I just get automated messages. And their website sucks. Recently arrived as a first time visitor to this branch and couldn't be happier. The building and parking lot appear clean and well maintained. The site offers an ATM which is located just North of the main entrance facing East towards North Swan Road. I was immediately acknowledged upon entry and received a warm enthusiastic welcome by multiple staff members upon entry into the lobby. The gentleman at the far end of the teller window line assisted me with my banking needs. I deposited two checks into my checking account and... read more

Sherri was very unkind to me. I came in for a notary and she pulled up my account and said “do you even use your account” and said is this your address? Is this your phone number? And I said is something wrong? And she’s like no why? And I said well you are on your computer. And she got angry at me and asked if I wanted to see a manager. And I said no, it’s just I didn’t know you had to look at my account to do a notary (I have gone to BMO before for notary services and they never pulled up my account).
