I hate this bank. Every single time I come here there are new people probably because the employees are miserable and hate it here and leave. The managers are always nasty and act like you’re dumb when you ask a question. The wait times are absolutely ridiculous. I will be leaving this bank and my relatives will be leaving as well. This place really needs to get it together. Do better.
Have been sitting on hold for over 15 mins. to schedule an appointment to open 2 new accounts. There is no way to schedule an appointment on line. I already have 1 account there, but will be moving it soon☹️
