Super friendly and helpful
So we opened a checking and savings account for future that we didn't really need just to help out the woman who works there and we were told no monthly fees. So when I decided we would start using the bank our $50 deposits was down to $17 because they do charge a fee for statements that she DID NOT tell us about. So I called thru phone after hours and they won't return our money. I am going in person tomorrow to either have them credit the money they stole from me or to take my $17 and tell them off in front of their custom... read more
Horrible bank do not bank here they authorize charges and take money out when the person never authorized it! How are going to say I authorized something when I didn’t and take money out of an account with NO AUTHORIZATION! Horrible bank!!!!
Worst customer service! Cannot critically think and does not care at all about their customers Hannah needs to be let go and learn manners
