Extremely understaffed.
Bank manager Adam Bolton at the San Clemente branch was incredibly helpful in assisting me with paying off a vehicle loan that had been part of my dad’s trust. His perseverance, knowledge of trusts, and experience in reaching hard-to-reach probate department employees were invaluable.
The place itself is not the problem The associate there did everything in his power to try to help me, however the bank is absolutely horrible. They closed out my account finally on the back end not allowing me to close it out in the bank I had over $1,800 in my account and they're sending me a check for $925. I have all the confirmation emails from the Zelle deposits that hit my account and the time that I could not access it in which that money is owed to me how they can only send me half of it is beyond my understanding. ... read more
Getting repeated Suspicious Activity warnings from Experian Credit Monitoring regarding one of our accounts at this branch. They don't appear to have any way to track these activities internally to see what's actually happening and who is responsible. You would expect a bank to have some kind of audit trail for changes to accounts, but maybe not at BMO. We went into the branch, but they didn't seem able to help very much. They said they would call us back, but they haven't. Attempts to call into the branch are pointless due ... read more
