Younger lady sitting at a desk was not at all helpful when I came in and asked a question about an older check we still had. It looked like she was super busy putting makeup on. I was the only customer in the bank so it's not like she was busy. Practically asked me to leave. Pathetic.
This is a great community branch. We live in Oceanside and drive in on the rare occasions we need to do in branch transactions. The staff is awesome, always helpful, friendly, knowledgeable. Their online banking is the best of all the banks we have accounts with. In addition to checking and moneymarket we have CD’s. Rates are always competitive. For us worth the drive. Added bonus one of our favorite restaurants is in San Clemente. Sol Agave.
Extremely understaffed.
Bank manager Adam Bolton at the San Clemente branch was incredibly helpful in assisting me with paying off a vehicle loan that had been part of my dad’s trust. His perseverance, knowledge of trusts, and experience in reaching hard-to-reach probate department employees were invaluable.
The place itself is not the problem The associate there did everything in his power to try to help me, however the bank is absolutely horrible. They closed out my account finally on the back end not allowing me to close it out in the bank I had over $1,800 in my account and they're sending me a check for $925. I have all the confirmation emails from the Zelle deposits that hit my account and the time that I could not access it in which that money is owed to me how they can only send me half of it is beyond my understanding. ... read more
