Emailed the representative that helped me in June with the email address on the business card she gave us and email bounced back as undeliverable. Called the branch direct, entered the name into the message as prompted me to, and get name was still in the directory. Then i get a human and they tell me she’s retired. Less than 3 months and her emails aren’t being rerouted? Her name is still in the directory cue? It’s about the details and they’ve got a lot of my money
No reason for denial
Branch hours are very inconvenient. Otherwise it is a good bank.
Checked on whether or not I could use their services. I am a BMO customer and the merger didn't go thru yet. If you're a BMO customer you can use the drive-thru.
