Brian called me on the way home from Portland to introduce himself as my personal banker. What truly surprised me was that they can make you in house ATM cards so you don't have to wait for it in the mail. He also signed me up for a savings account that gives a five dollar bonus a month if you deposit $200 a month into your savings account ($60) a year! I couldn't reccomend a bank any less. I miss Bank of the West. The most unresponsive bank we have ever worked with as a small business. Charges us random fees they cant explain and limits our access to capital arbitrarily disrupting our business and actively harms our bottom line.

I believed this place was great, until I needed something from them. I went in and asked for a voided check, but they gave me a hassle. They refused, they lied and said they were unable to. I called corporate to find out if this was true. Corporate said it's simple: you go in a branch with your bank card and a photo ID and they give you a voided check.
