I believed this place was great, until I needed something from them. I went in and asked for a voided check, but they gave me a hassle. They refused, they lied and said they were unable to. I called corporate to find out if this was true. Corporate said it's simple: you go in a branch with your bank card and a photo ID and they give you a voided check.

Horrible experience. We went in and my partner was trying to cash his work check. He didn't have an account, but the check was a BMO check. The phone number on the check didn't work, so my partner called his boss and his boss fixed the issue. Edgar Mendoza had the check and my partners ID the moment we walked in. He told us that as long as his boss fixed the phone and he could reach him, it would be no issue. Half an hour later, the phone was fixed.
