Haven't had a single bad experience at this location in my years going here, except when it first changed to BMO from BoTW.
Terrible experiencia lo que nunca hago desde hace mucho tiempo llevé a depositar dinero eran 724 y lo conté muchas veces los cuales una noche anterior eran 524 y tenía 2 billetes de 100 en mi carro es un día lluvioso opté por pasar por el drive para agilizar mi día me estacioné volví a contar el dinero y en efecto eran 724 bueno le dije ala señora que ocupaba depósito y le di una fiche de depósito con mi información y resulta que no contó el dinero enfrente de mí se cal ala parte de enfrente y me dice que son 674 cuándo yo ... read more
Stood in lineup for 15 minutes while one teller didn't acknowledge that I was there and another sat at her desk. Clearly having a casual, slow, jovial conversation with a colleague on speakerphone. Neither of them acknowledged that I was there, And it would have saved me some time if they would have just said hello or if she would have interrupted her conversation to inform you that I couldn't do what I wanted to do there. Just an incredibly rude experience.
This bank promised me I would get a debit card in the mail. They promised me they would cash their own payroll checks same day so I opened an account hoping to get my payroll checks cashed that are printed from BMO and I still have to wait 3 to 5 days because they don’t trust their own checks. Also the bank manager refused to give me a new debit card when they said they would mail it on Monday and didn’t mail it till Wednesday because their machine was broke worst bank ever.
