Business Banking This bank and staff is so outstanding! They have serviced our business banking for the past 10 years. We would never consider changing. The staff always greets me personally. Gina Marlatt always assists me with anything I may have questions on, any problems I am causing myself without making me feel inadequate. She is so professional. She keeps in contact with new items that may be available for us. The communication with this bank is actually enjoyable!
Nice people I really like banking at Bank of the West. I have accounts in several banks and enjoy the friendliness that Bank of the West employees offer. I also like the fact that I can do my banking on line. That is a real plus to me as I have a very busy schedule and don't always have time to get to the bank.
