WARNING DO NOT USE ATM It ate my card went inside and found nothing they can do. THE Kicker is several employees said it happens more often than not. My Bank that issued the card, said my card was active and good. The Manager spoke with me and was polite and professional, however, they know this happens and STILL allow you use your ATM card. What about the time I have to spend to have another card issued? BAD bank DO NOT USE
I have been banking at the Clifton branch of Bank of the West for 15 years. I have always been treated with respect, kindness and excellent service, whether at the bank or over the phone to the main number. I have lived many different states, and cities, I have banked with some of the major national banks but have never been treated so well or helped so much as I have been at Bank of the West. This bank was unable to see transactions during the switch over from Bank of the West. Despite the fact that the banks experienced a transfer error, they still reported the missed payments to credit bureaus despite the fact that their own employees couldn't see the actual balances on their cards. They will also reopen accounts without your consent. Not recommended
This Clifton branch specifically has a bad attitude. They had “issues” with an angry client and had the doors locked and tried to say that the client was also calling other branches, but now I see they were trying to spread the guilt for being inadequate with their customer service. I felt bad for them at first, but then when it was 95° and my son and I were waiting for our ride outside after we had been inside for a half an hour doing business prior they would not let us in to get water or cool off, the woman clearly knew t... read more
