Great customer service Very friendly
Very friendly
Since the take over of Bank of The West, the customer service has continuously declined. Had gone into the branch to put a check into my son's account, didn't have the account number correct and was given his account number more than once.
I wish it was still the same quality as it was before they became BMO I will certainly be switching banks and when I need help they are not helpful if you have an issue don’t bother calling then just send you to the number on the back of your card without anything I work a full time job their hrs are not for the working class it’s sad been banking at this bank well before it became BMO and it’s just gotten so much worse…
