BMO has the worst online services I've ever seen. I regret using then for a loan. It is nothing but a complete hassle to make a payment every month

Since the take over of Bank of The West, the customer service has continuously declined. Had gone into the branch to put a check into my son's account, didn't have the account number correct and was given his account number more than once.
