Went to close my account, manager wasn’t in, so they gave me a cashier check. Went a different day to cash my check, but now the charge $10 to cash it cause I don’t ba e an account with them. Yikes. No wonder I closed this account.
BMO mobile app doesn’t display accurate transaction right away. It was delayed for few days . Zelle would literally took 5 days to go through. If you close your account whether is personal or business , before 90 days, you will get charged $50. Awful!!
If i could give ZERO stars i would. I've never been treated so horribly by a bank in my life. If you're not Asian, or maybe because i am Hispanic, forget about coming here. Cashing a small check and got put through the ringer with clearance checks and what not... took me 15 minutes and I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER IN THE WHOLE BUILDING! Ridiculous. Shame on you Bank of the west. And shame on you Kimberly Cheng.
