Worst excuse of customer service from any financial institution i have ever had including collectors
Made an appointment for 415 waiter for more than 30 min before they can even help. What’s the point of an appointment if they are not going to be professional enough to attend to the customer!! Horrible customer service!! Taking my money somewhere else!!!
I wouldn’t even give them one star. Customer service is horrible and there is no leadership around. I deposited a large check that was placed on hold for verification. They made a partial deposit in my account the next day and then took the money back out of my account a few hours later leaving me in the negative after paying bills. Went back to the bank where I made the deposit and they said my check was fraudulent and had to be sent back to the issuing bank. Absolutely horrible bank not just this branch but all of them don’t bank here!!!! Save your self the headache
Wouldn’t trust this bank with $5 , left me stranded without funds because they decided to shut my bank account of 15years down. All because I didn’t answer a couple of questions that they sent via mail. No emails or calls just lots of head aches. Thanks BMO for leaving me stranded without funds.
