Doreen is an awesome teller. She is extremely friendly explains information clearly and it is easy to understand. She appreciates her clients and cares about them. Doreen makes sure that you are taken care of and takes that extra step to make sure.

Horrible bank. I've had nothing but issues with the bank. Labeling my account as fraud several times for silly reasons. Nickle and dime fees up to 200 dollars and rude managers who argue with you when you prove them wrong.
BEWARE....They sell your personal information!!!!! Please do not use BMO for any of your financial needs. Highly disorganized, unprofessional, and, at least at this branch, they sell your personal information BEFORE you are even a client of theirs. Yes, you read that correctly. Terrible service, unprofessional, poor management, fithy facilities. Do NOT use this bank! BMO got hacked, our personal and 2 business accounts were comprimised and I asked that they freeze the accounts. The following day, I asked that freeze come off, and they said they took it off. Within two weeks, I had $120 in returned check fees for 'account frozen' errors on all of my credit cards, despite the money being in the account.
