Very helpful and easy to work with.
Unprofessional, and definitely not punctual.. It's currently Saturday, three cars have already left, they say they open up at 9: 00am, it's past 9:30 on a Saturday and nobody's here. I think I'll take my money and open up a new checking account somewhere else. Thank you for already giving me the red flags.
Doreen is an awesome teller. She is extremely friendly explains information clearly and it is easy to understand. She appreciates her clients and cares about them. Doreen makes sure that you are taken care of and takes that extra step to make sure.
Katie was very helpful and the other staff members were friendly and professional
Horrible bank. I've had nothing but issues with the bank. Labeling my account as fraud several times for silly reasons. Nickle and dime fees up to 200 dollars and rude managers who argue with you when you prove them wrong.
