Been banking here (physical bank) for over 40 years long before BMO. Now the worst in person experience ever. Stopped by drive thru to deposit a $250 refund check from a medical firm and request $100 cash back. I endorsed the check and provided a pre-printed deposit slip. Unfortunately I forgot to sign the slip for cash back. The teller manager threw away my deposit slip and filled out another blank bank form for me to sign. Better than the wells fargo in king soopers but go tp first bank instead
Went to open a money market account and no one there could help me. Was told to come back in 4 hours because the person was at a job fair. I left and went down the street and opened an account worth 6 figures. No wonder they are looking for employees. Must not pay enough.
Went in to find information on my BMO Harris credit card, she did not have access to that information. Not a very connected bank. She did however tell me how proud she was to work for BMO. Oh, and don't try calling their customer service number - it goes nowhere. Guess I won't be banking there.
Horrible customer service. 2 step verification does not work!
