This bank has gone from terrible to I had to call the police today. Seriously, had to contact the police and file a report on the manager. Michelle Lucks the bank manager was physically aggressive then yelled infront of everyone that I assaulted her child. I have never seen this woman in my life and I do not assault children. This bank manager is a loose cannon and I am seriously worried since this woman has access to my personal information.
This is the worst banking experience I’ve ever had avoid this bank at all cost. Do not go do not sign up with them. This should be l called the the bank that wants to keep your money. I’ve had five or six different times where I have a hell of a time I’m getting my own money out of this bank they suck they suck they suck. Do not even think about using them.
Been banking here (physical bank) for over 40 years long before BMO. Now the worst in person experience ever. Stopped by drive thru to deposit a $250 refund check from a medical firm and request $100 cash back. I endorsed the check and provided a pre-printed deposit slip. Unfortunately I forgot to sign the slip for cash back. The teller manager threw away my deposit slip and filled out another blank bank form for me to sign. Better than the wells fargo in king soopers but go tp first bank instead
Went to open a money market account and no one there could help me. Was told to come back in 4 hours because the person was at a job fair. I left and went down the street and opened an account worth 6 figures. No wonder they are looking for employees. Must not pay enough.
