Horrible customer service. 2 step verification does not work!
I'm disappointed I can't give zero stars. This bank used to have great customer service. I went to get tax documents from my mortgage, which is through BMO. I got my documents last year, but this year, they weren't able to do this for me. But what bothered me most was the manager. Michelle was argumentative. I had to come in again today because the person helping me blew me off. Michelle told me " that's between you and him". Really? What ever happened to customer service? Zero Rusty Wlliams Aspen Park is so lost he does not know if he is coming or going! Glad I got him first on the line to show me what kind of people are handling this institutions money. Run the other way! RUSTY Would not let me talk to anyone in charge there! Like the Twilight zone! Everyone go to a Credit Union better benefits, better service!
