This branch is ok. Not great, but not horrible. It's sad that they are closed during hours when people are actually available to go to the bank such as after working hours or on the weekends. What is the point of being accessible, if people can't make it during business hours because they're working their butts off to put the money in the bank? The worst part about the BMO transition is, is that the online banking app is absolutely awful. It takes a hundred years to sync and reflect your balances. I probably get only 3 days ... read more

Here’s my biggest issue with BMO: like so many corporate giants, they tried to “streamline” everything with technology. But in small towns, and in small businesses, human connection still matters — a lot. When it’s your money, your retirement, your business’s lifeline to paying vendors and employees, you need someone who actually knows you and your needs. Horrible incorrect app and then they will transfer you to hundred people that you have to explain the issue to each one, PLUS verify your identity every single time and put you on hold for eternity while they handle the simplest situation. GO TO ANOTHER BANK

I went in to make a deposit and they talked me into applying for a credit card when I wasn't interested in doing so. They told me that it wouldn't affect my credit. I was denied and my credit was affected. I was lied to.
