Worst customer service ever. I called three times got three different answers. Then told they couldn't help i had to go to a branch. Should have known a bank with a has been comedian as a spokes person isn't serious about their customers! My business account has been totally mishandled!!!
Worst customer experience I have ever had.
I wanted a savings account with no minimum balance required. That is not what I got. The account had a zero balance for a couple days and they just closed the account with ZERO notice. Really upset with the fact that I got the exact OPPOSITE of what I wanted. 5 days with a zero balance means your savings account just gets closed. That's ridiculous. Phone support is useless and chat just tells you to call someone. Really not happy with this bank after this... Might look into switching to another bank and I've only been with b... read more
Don't bank here. Their fraud alert will regularly block normal everyday transactions (post office, grocery store, etc). So frustrating to not be able to spend MY MONEY with my debit card. I'll be switching banks asap if this continues!
