I wanted a savings account with no minimum balance required. That is not what I got. The account had a zero balance for a couple days and they just closed the account with ZERO notice. Really upset with the fact that I got the exact OPPOSITE of what I wanted. 5 days with a zero balance means your savings account just gets closed. That's ridiculous. Don't bank here. Their fraud alert will regularly block normal everyday transactions (post office, grocery store, etc). So frustrating to not be able to spend MY MONEY with my debit card. I'll be switching banks asap if this continues!
THIS IS THE WORST BANK IN COLORADO! Bank of the West is DEAD. Always closed randomly during banking hours and they hold your money hostage and lie about it.
There are at least 2 rude tellers at this branch and they are OFTEN closed during regular operating hours
