I would highly recommend dealing with a different organization for your banking needs. The level of communication at this branch is horrible, they do not have the customers needs at the forefront of their organization.
Opened my account in 1997 at this branch...returned to colorado from an extended vacation in the western US last year and enjoyed exceptional customer service at their local branches. Laura and her staff in Wheat Ridge have provided me with the same quality banking experience.
Nice people, but the company itself is trash. You're better off with literally any other bank. If there were 0 stars, that would be my recommendation.
I came to deposit my check ,I work for . was waiting 14 min .I live in this country for 29 years .And some women , who was shut down by blinds in bank of7575 N . 44 th ave . Wheat Rige CO 80033 She said to me : "you should give me your citizenship of Russia - we have your profile ". I was not born in Russia . Nobody ever ask me that . I will have to file criminal court .I live in this country for long time , pay my taxes , work hard and she violated my Constitutional rights .
