Today I went to your bank to ask why I kept my check that Deposit has been in your account for so long? Why did your staff answer. Why do we go to us? I feel how to admire The case of your bank staff is so bad and discriminating against our Vietnamese people, and I don't know why your bank keeps my check so long? Go to your bank so I opened my account in your place. The service is so bad.
Short staffed, staff there didn’t have access to.… couldn’t provide cashiers check or money orders and BMO can’t/won’t print you a few checks to help you out. So I had to drive to another BMO, shared situation, took more of my time, gas and do you think they’d comp the $10 for the cashiers check? Nope!
The worst since they moved from Bank of the west to BMO. Terrible don’t go to this bank do you see how many stars there are this bank used to be wonderful now terrible turn the other way
