I experienced a serious service failure at this BMO location. I had my mother deposit cash at the ATM as I was just out of surgery a few hours before, and the machine failed to register the deposit and did not return my money. When she went inside, the teller handling my case showed a clear lack of training and competence. She refused to provide any written acknowledgment of the failed transaction, claiming she was “unable” to give me documentation — something no bank should ever say when cash goes missing.
