Some branches are better than others.
The employees at this branch are fine. This is simply a review that BMO as a brand sucks. Transfers can avg 5-7 days. With that I can’t use them. Customer service is that absolute garbage, just out sourced.
Terrible experience with this bank, period. I closed out all of my account after going to 3 different branches for help. I also contacted the customer service center and was told that a manager would be reaching out to me. Never happened. Still trying to recover money from a fraudulent check they allowed to go through that didn’t even have my signature on it.
Trash. They seriously do not seem to care about an individual customer, they seem focused on Business accounts. I wanted to open up a basic checking account for direct deposit for my paycheck... declined. What? I went down to Wells Fargo... no problem. So, guess I am with Wells Fargo instead. My first experience with BMO, and it was horrid. They really just seemed to not care at all and when they declined my account opening, they seemed to just want me to leave, there was no more time for me.
