The management of this bank has no clue about customer service. The manager has a mouse pad listing the fundamentals of customer service, and she managed to break EVERY ONE OF THEM during our last conversation. After being a customer for 12 years, I am pulling the plug on all my accounts. I even spoke to the manager and a teller and made a suggestion to them - they both looked at me with blank stares, then walked away and didnt even acknowledge me.
