Great place to bank. Used to be Bank of the West for years. BMO in Milpitas
Came here to deposit a check that I had received from my job when I’m thinking that it would be a simple process and quickly and swiftly. The employers here on the pictures showed attached have made it extremely difficult and had me come back three days after when they could have done something that same day when I came to deposit my check which was just to be an approval from a manager Because apparently the person that claimed that he was a manager is not the manager . They are ALWAYS friendly and their customer service is top notch!! The tellers know me and Im ALWAYS greeted with a smile. Recently , I had a big dispute with a company and Kevin resolved it!! They are a great team!

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST BANK. I have never been hung up on by customer service multiple times, but BMO has hung up on me multiple times, I never had multiple dropped calls with banks but BMO drops calls frequently, I never had a bank had their chat not work at all, but BMO chat for online banking never works. I have had banks compromise with me on interest payments and fees but they are the only bank I worked with that does not compromise AT ALL, therefore they are a customer unfriendly bank and I highly highly recommend to not... read more
