The tellers are very good, but the front desk people leave a great deal to be desired. Some were professional, knowledgeable and others....NOT SO MUCH. UPDATE: I had to call the branch again today. What an unprofessional experience. The banker who helped me clearly does not know how to use the phone system. She forwarded me to another banker, and it went to voicemail. I left a message and hung up. She calls me back 1 minute later, "WHY did you hang up? Here is the answer to your question." SHE SENT ME TO VOICEMAIL!!! Please ... read more
